Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan is required
• Certified with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings such as early childhood, elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a variety of age groups and learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with communication or speech disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Develop and implement engaging therapy activities that address students unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating supportive, inclusive learning environments
