Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments of students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Communicate progress and recommendations to parents, teachers, and related staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
