Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in a school setting located in Okatie, SC. This position offers the chance to work directly with students to support their communication and language development needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Participating in team meetings and providing consultative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working in school settings highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and maintain detailed records
