Required Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Delaware SLP CCC license
• Previous experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for speech and language intervention
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to organize caseloads and documentation efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and set achievable goals
• Maintain thorough and timely records of student performance and session outcomes
