Required Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Delaware SLP CCC license
- Previous experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for speech and language intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to organize caseloads and documentation efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and set achievable goals
- Maintain thorough and timely records of student performance and session outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to building a supportive learning environment for all students
