Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Delaware SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in school environments strongly preferred
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive student-centered environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for a variety of communication disorders among students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate, confidential records
  • Work hand-in-hand with teachers and specialists to support classroom goals
  • Participate in parent meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and IEP meetings
