Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience working in K-12 school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and deliver speech-language services based on these plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success in the classroom
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
- Employ a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques to create engaging sessions tailored to individual student needs
