Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings highly desired
• Strong proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation for speech and language disorders
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to evaluate students needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Provide direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports in accordance with school district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
