Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings highly desired
- Strong proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation for speech and language disorders
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to evaluate students needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Provide direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports in accordance with school district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
