Step into a vital role supporting students communication skills within a welcoming educational setting situated near the scenic Oceanside, CA area. This contract opportunity seeks passionate SLPs (including CFYs and CCCs) or SLPAs to join a dedicated team serving schools in and around Carlsbad, Vista, and Escondido. Starting as soon as possible through the end of the school year, youll manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 students with a broad spectrum of disabilities, making a genuine impact every day.

What Were Seeking:

• Current California licensure as an SLP or SLPA (required)
• Experience or interest in school-based speech-language pathology; pediatric focus is a plus
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
• Comfort with Zoom interviews and collaborating remotely as needed
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Design and implement IEP goals tailored to each students needs
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear, effective communication with students, families, and staff
• Document progress and adapt interventions for developmental success
