We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload for the remainder of the school year. What you need to succeed:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to elementary students
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational plans
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with educators and families to support generalization of speech and language goals
- Provide both group and individual interventions tailored to students needs
