Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Complete evaluations, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student outcomes
• Stay current with best practices and compliance in school-based SLP care
