Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Complete evaluations, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices and compliance in school-based SLP care
