Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Florida SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY supervision available
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with families, faculty, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats
  • Track progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student planning, and professional development as needed
