Skills & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP state license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working within a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and make recommendations for services or supports
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
