Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based environments
• Comfortable engaging with children and adolescents from Pre-K to Grade 12
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other specialists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication needs across early childhood and school-aged groups
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student
• Provide both direct and consultative speech therapy services in a school environment
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to support student success
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to foster communication development both in the classroom and at home
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
