Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapyboth individual and groupaligned with outlined speech and language goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure holistic support
• Play an active role in literacy development and assist with integration into curriculum planning
• Identify at-risk students and orchestrate timely early intervention services
• Maintain precise documentation and records to ensure compliance with educational standards
• Mentor and supervise student clinicians, clinical fellows, and SLPAs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in schools is a plus, but not required
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Passion for supporting student growth and learning
