What Were Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with children from TK through 8th grade
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement therapy tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive learning environments and supporting diverse learners

What You'll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services and conduct group or individual sessions onsite
  • Maintain thorough, compliant records and participate in IEP meetings
