Required Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and goal writing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades, in both individual and group formats
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educators and families
• Track student progress and maintain organized, thorough documentation as required by school systems
• Provide resources, strategies, and consultation for classroom staff to support student success
• Support a welcoming environment that encourages growth, learning, and confidence in every child
