Job Description

Ideal candidates will bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, a genuine desire to empower students, and the ability to adapt approaches to individual needs. In this role, youll guide students of varying ages and abilities, making a valuable impact on their educational journey.

Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience working in schools and/or with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
