Job Description

This part-time role allows you to work 12 days per week, supporting a diverse group of PreK8th grade students. With a manageable caseload of 1521 students, youll have the opportunity to provide individualized, high-quality services that create lasting impacts.

Your expertise will help students develop their communication abilities, while you collaborate with passionate educators and supportive school teams. Whether you are an SLP-CCC or possess robust school-based experience, your dedication will help students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Valid Professional Educators License
  • Experience or interest in working with PreK8th grade students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs and therapy strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to PreK8th grade students
  • Assess, identify, and document students speech and language needs
  • Develop and carry out individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff for holistic support
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
