What were looking for:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Michigan SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

In this role, you will:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with suspected speech or language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services and progress
• Educate staff and parents on strategies to support student communication
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere
