Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Active Michigan SLP license (required)
• Experience in school-based practice is highly preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to ensure students achieve their goals
• Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and reporting as required by the school
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Adjust interventions and strategies as needed to address student needs throughout the school year
