Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations in a school or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessment tools, and therapy interventions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with students IEP goals
• Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster consistent progress
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to support students in the classroom
