Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations in a school or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessment tools, and therapy interventions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Create individualized treatment plans that align with students IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster consistent progress
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to support students in the classroom
