Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with K-12 populations, public school settings a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing school needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across K-12 grades
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff
• Maintain accurate and timely student records
• Engage families in the therapy process and provide resources/support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student teams
