Job Description

A vibrant K-5 setting is seeking a skilled SLP to provide in-person speech and language services for the remainder of the school year. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Experience working with K-5 students in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and caseload management
  • Newly licensed professionals and experienced SLPs welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students
  • Deliver direct therapy in individual and small group settings, adjusting approaches to meet diverse learner needs
  • Accurately maintain documentation, IEP reports, and progress notes
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide compassionate support, advocacy, and education for students and their families
