A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Northville, MI, serving students in an elementary school setting for grades K-5. This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with young learners to support their communication development and address speech and language challenges in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor progress and adapt interventions
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (grades K-5)
• Strong skills in speech and language assessment and therapy techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a school environment with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
