Job Description

Empower young learners by providing essential speech and language services in a vibrant school setting near North Richland Hills, TX! This contract opportunity is perfect for passionate Speech Language Pathologists seeking to make a lasting difference in the lives of K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year.

Your role will involve supporting around 60-65 students at one designated campus. You'll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop intervention plans, deliver direct therapy, and track student progress. This is an on-site, full-time position (up to 37.5 hours per week) beginning August 10, 2026, and concluding May 21, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, active Texas SLP licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational settings
  • Ability to manage student caseloads and document services efficiently
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are valued and preferred
  • Commitment to timely fingerprint clearance through TEA
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Conduct assessments and create evidence-based intervention plans
  • Collaborate on educational teams to address IEP goals and student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and comprehensive progress reports
  • Engage with families and staff to ensure holistic support for each child
  • Participate actively in school meetings and professional development
