Step into a dynamic environment supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working on-site with a diverse K-12 caseload. This contract position offers the chance to make a real difference across both an elementary and a high school setting. You'll play a key role in helping students overcome speech and language challengeswhether providing direct therapy, case management, or a combination of both, depending on each assignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Hold active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively with K-12 age groups
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are highly valued
• Willingness to support multiple campuses as an itinerant clinician
• Must reside within a 30-40 minute commute (with traffic) to Fort Worth
• Comfortable with hands-on, on-site support (virtual/remote not available)
• Fingerprint clearance through Texas Education Agency required (allow up to 10 business days for results)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students (ages 518) in both group and individual settings
• Conduct case management for assigned students, including developing and updating IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to achieve optimal student outcomes
• Travel between assigned elementary and high school campuses, providing direct support and consultation
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and state compliance standards

Contract Details:

• Full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week
• Immediate start through late May 2027
