Job Description

This full-time, onsite opportunity involves collaborating with educators, families, and school staff to deliver engaging and effective therapy. The ideal candidate holds an active Indiana SLP license and Department of Education Certification, bringing expertise in pediatric populations, healthcare, and school-based therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Indiana Department of Education Certification required
  • Experience in pediatric settings and/or school-based SLP services
  • SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) welcome
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Collaborative spirit and dedication to student success

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in group and individual settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, set goals, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapt interventions to address various needs and learning styles
