Job Description

Deliver meaningful support to K-6 students and collaborate with a dedicated school team as a Speech Language Pathologist in a contract role. This position is situated near North Hollywood, CA, and offers rewarding opportunities to impact young learners while enjoying a structured weekly schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid CA SLP License or CA CTC certification required
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade
  • Knowledge of IEP process, speech-language assessments, and tailored intervention strategies
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services to support student communication needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and IEP paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards pertinent to school-based speech practice
