A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Hollywood, CA, starting March 2026 through June 4, 2026. This opportunity provides the chance to work in a school setting, offering therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Manage a caseload averaging around 45 students
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development and disorders
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
Location: North Hollywood, California (exact school site TBD) Contract Type: Temporary contract through June 4, 2026 Hours: Approximately 30-35 hours per week (to be determined)
