Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
• Eligible for timely fingerprint clearance; prior fingerprints may be transferable through the AHCA Clearinghouse
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational settings
• Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students within assigned caseloads (exact ages and caseloads determined by school placement)
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students communication needs
• Provide case management and progress monitoring for students with speech and language goals
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and campus-based activities as requested
