Qualifications:

• Current Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
• ASHA Certification (required)
• Open to Clinical Fellows looking to gain valuable experience in the school setting
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop individualized plans and adapt therapy to meet student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students onsite in a school environment
• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to individual student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student success
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings as appropriate
• Implement evidence-based interventions and data-driven therapy practices
• Participate in ongoing professional development and utilize available mentorship
