Qualifications:

  • Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • ASHA Certification, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFs welcome!)
  • Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
  • Thorough understanding of intervention strategies appropriate for elementary-aged students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation to ensure compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and take advantage of mentorship opportunities

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $62.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
