Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- Recent experience delivering speech and language services in schools
- Familiar with IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt approaches to a diverse student caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
