Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts (MA SLP)
• Experience working with children in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and required documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
• Provide direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Consult with teachers and parents to offer strategies and resources
• Support students with a variety of speech and language disorders across grade levels
