A contract position is available for three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services in a school setting from August 2026 through June 2027. This onsite opportunity is located in North Adams, MA, serving students from elementary through high school with a caseload designed to foster growth and communication skills across various age groups.
The ideal candidates will hold a Massachusetts SLP license and may have backgrounds in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based settings. This role requires a commitment of 32.5 hours per week, focusing on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to support student development.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Experience with caseloads from elementary to high school
- Background in pediatrics, healthcare, or full professional certification (CCC-SLP)
- Ability to work onsite within a school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and educational teams
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized speech-language therapy services
- Conducting assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school policies
