Job Description

Step into an essential role supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with school-based services, particularly in elementary settings
  • Knowledge of pediatric diagnostics, therapy techniques, and best practices
  • Teletherapy expertise is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Clinical documentation and IEP development proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in K-4 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions that address articulation, language, fluency, and voice
  • Collaborate with educators and family members to support student progress
  • Offer consultative services and professional input for multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms when appropriate to maximize service delivery
