Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active (or pending) Virginia SLP license, eligible by August
- Prior experience with school-based SLP roles
- Proficiency in supporting students with behavioral disorders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students across functional and inclusion settings
- Assess and document student progress and update intervention plans
- Collaborate with support staff, teachers, and families
- Participate in IEP development and team meetings
