Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Experience working in schools, with students ranging from early childhood through high school (Pre KGrade 12).
• Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies for individual needs across diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support academic success and social development.
• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in Pre-School, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School.
• Maintain detailed records, document progress, and comply with all school and state requirements.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed.
