Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, active state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
  • Comfortable serving students in Early Childhood, Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School (Grades K-12)
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for students ranging from Pre-K to Grade 12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support students IEPs and progress
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in school meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development as needed
