Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California SLP license or CA CTC credential required
• Experience or interest in K-12 school populations
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant pediatric/healthcare background encouraged
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services for K-12 students at assigned school sites
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult regularly with school staff and families to support student IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate diverse student backgrounds
