Make a significant impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role. This full-time W2 position offers the opportunity to provide essential communication services to children, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to culturally sensitive, student-centered therapy approaches

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support students overall achievement
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Offer insights into augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as needed
• Provide consultation and training for teachers and school staff regarding speech and language strategies
