Qualifications:
- Valid Kentucky speech-language pathology license
- Preferred background in school-based settings
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups (elementary through high school)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
What youll do:
- Assess student speech, language, and communication needs across various grade levels
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Provide clear documentation and progress reports to the school team and families
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success
- Contribute to the development of IEPs and participate in team meetings
- Offer recommendations and strategies for classroom support
- Foster an encouraging, positive environment that promotes student development
