Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure and SLP certification required
• Prior experience with school-based caseloads preferred
• Comfortable working with Pre-K, elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Experience with a wide range of communication disorders

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs and grade levels
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
