Qualifications:

• Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathology License required
• Open to clinicians with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Background in assessment, evaluation, and direct therapy for school-aged children
• Ability to oversee and manage caseload documentation and participate in IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and tailored therapy for students
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation related to evaluations, progress, and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt therapy approaches to best meet individual student needs
