Key Qualifications:

• California SLP License required
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Prior background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy is beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering student growth in academic and social communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-12
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student progress
• Offer guidance and resources for classroom-based communication strategies
