Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Eligible for state licensure
- Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized interventions
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy focused on speech, language, and communication goals
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to maximize student outcomes
