Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) for practice in Ohio
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but strong new graduates and Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse age ranges and needs, from elementary through high school
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students at varying grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) aligned with school-based goals and student needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual and group formats
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
