Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) for practice in Ohio
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but strong new graduates and Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse age ranges and needs, from elementary through high school

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students at varying grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) aligned with school-based goals and student needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual and group formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
