Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and valid SLP license in New Jersey (or eligibility for reciprocal certification)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous pediatric experience, particularly in schools or with children, is highly valued
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Compassion, patience, and creative problem-solving in clinical practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Provide direct therapy services to children with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and professional development where necessary
