Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school environments
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and progress reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and determine eligibility for services
• Develop and update students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, other therapists, and administrators to ensure coordinated support
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and session documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in meetings with parents, caregivers, and faculty as needed
