Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active New Jersey SLP licensure required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, working with elementary, middle, and high school students

• Effective collaboration skills with educators, families, and other specialists
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support student progress
• Collect data and document progress according to state and district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to create effective strategies for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student goals
• Educate school staff on communication disorders and support strategies
