Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage schedules and caseloads efficiently
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Summer school assignment with a consistent weekly routine
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with varying communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and participate in team meetings
- Support students in achieving functional communication goals
