  1. Itinerant Early Childhood role (SLP-CCC required): Provide direct SLP services to young learnersideal for those who thrive on early intervention and dynamic, onsite collaboration.
  2. Springer Middle School (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF welcome): Work with general education students in grades 6-8, supporting communication and academic growth.
  3. Mount Pleasant Elementary B.R.I.D.G.E.S program (SLP-CCC required): Serve students with complex needs across three specialized classrooms, making a profound difference in their daily lives.

Key Qualifications:
Active Delaware SLP License (must be submitted with your resume)
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
SLP-CCC required for Early Childhood and B.R.I.D.G.E.S positions; SLP-CF accepted for Middle School
Previous experience in school settings highly valued
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Flexibility and enthusiasm for working within diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement effective treatment plans, documenting student progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Deliver direct therapy tailored to each students needs
Comply with all state and district policies and timelines
