Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current DE license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP CCC)
- Strong background working in a school or educational setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs using established assessment tools
- Design and deliver tailored therapy sessions to address receptive, expressive, and social communication skills
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning and goal achievement
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise in speech and language development
