• Current DE license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP CCC)
• Strong background working in a school or educational setting

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs using established assessment tools
• Design and deliver tailored therapy sessions to address receptive, expressive, and social communication skills
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning and goal achievement
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise in speech and language development
