Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services to preschool and school-aged children, addressing communication, articulation, fluency, and language concerns
• Document progress and session notes in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and advocating for student needs
• Offer guidance and consultation to teachers and caregivers, supporting carryover of communication strategies into the classroom and home
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
