Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license (North Dakota or eligibility for state licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to family and educational partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize support
  • Maintain accurate records, develop progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Use creative, evidence-based interventions to engage students and promote success
  • Provide consultation, recommendations, and training to school staff when needed
