Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, using your expertise to address communication and language challenges and to help students reach their fullest potential both in the classroom and beyond.

What were looking for:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience supporting pediatric populations, especially in educational settings
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing targeted therapy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

What youll do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Monitor progress, adjust goals as needed, and document all services provided
• Offer resources and training to staff and caregivers when needed
• Advocate for students by participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a supportive, inclusive school culture
