Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Capacity to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans, targeting the unique goals of each student
• Deliver direct and indirect services (both individual and group sessions) within the school environment
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and staff
• Provide guidance and education to parents and educators regarding speech and language development
