Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Florida SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, though not a prerequisite
  • Familiarity with healthcare or educational SLP environments welcome
  • Comfortable with teletherapy and in-person intervention models
  • Full-time, regular availability

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to federal, state, and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as needed
  • Use evidence-based practices to address a variety of communication challenges
  • Support students through both traditional and virtual therapy methods
