As an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist in the preschool program, youll collaborate with dedicated educators and specialists, encounter diverse approaches to early intervention, and refine your practice by serving students aged 3 to 5 with special education needs. Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required (CFY applicants welcome)
  • Experience with early childhood or preschool populations preferred
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to preschool-aged students across New Oxford and Gettysburg
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teams
  • Travel between sites following a preschool stretch calendar (188 days/year)
  • Hours: 8:00 am 3:30 pm, not to exceed 35 hours/week
