This onsite, contract opportunity spans 35 hours per week and offers multiple vacancies across K-12, allowing you to select the grade levels that best suit your expertise and passion.
Key Qualifications:
- Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist license, along with a valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (SLP - CCC or in the process of Clinical Fellowship)
- Recent, up-to-date resume required with application
- Supervisory support available for Clinical Fellows; SLPAs are accepted, although not formally recognized in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and caregivers
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students across various grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students in assigned caseload across elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations to help students achieve their communication goals
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
