Key Qualifications:

• Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist license, along with a valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (SLP - CCC or in the process of Clinical Fellowship)
• Recent, up-to-date resume required with application
• Supervisory support available for Clinical Fellows; SLPAs are accepted, although not formally recognized in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and caregivers
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students across various grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students in assigned caseload across elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations to help students achieve their communication goals
