Step into an onsite role supporting K-12 students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year! This contract position is perfect for professionals passionate about fostering communication skills and making an impact across a diverse student population.
From August 17, 2026, to May 28, 2027, you'll be working 35 hours weekly, providing essential speech services throughout the building. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students build confidence and succeed in their educational journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification required
- Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required (please include with your resume)
- Experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Commitment to working fully onsite with no virtual component
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy for students at all grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs
- Participate in evaluation teams and meetings, sharing insights and progress updates
- Engage with faculty and families to provide strategies, resources, and support
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district and state compliance regulations
